Sivaprakash, an integral part of the Xebiro Group since April 2024, brings a wealth of experience and expertise garnered over a diverse career spanning several decades.
From 2010 to 2023, Sivaprakash served as an Associate at the Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority (QFCRA), where he worked closely with Directors of Banking Supervision, Macro-Prudential Analysis,
and Enforcement. His responsibilities included monitoring financial information, conducting risk assessments, and contributing to strategic enforcement initiatives aimed at safeguarding the integrity of the Qatar Financial Centre.
Prior to his tenure at QFCRA, Sivaprakash held the role of Reception Supervisor - Operations at the Qatar Financial Centre Authority from 2006 to 2010. In this capacity, he ensured a seamless and positive customer experience
by overseeing front office operations and adhering to ISO standards.
Before his time at the Qatar Financial Centre, Sivaprakash built a strong foundation of skills and knowledge during his tenure at SriLankan Airlines from 1992 to 2006. Starting as an Accounts Clerk, he progressed through various roles in the Ground Handling and Customer Affairs departments,
culminating in his position as Sales and Admin Support Assistant at the City Office in Doha, Qatar.

Saatviga is also a co-founder of ExentAI, a Sri Lankan base AI startup which
concentrate on a

Dr. Kumaravadivel Guruparan is a practicing lawyer
based in Jaffna,
Sri
Lanka. He practices law in Sri Lanka specialising in civil appellate
litigation, property law,
law
of trusts,

commercial law. He is
also
the Founding Director of the Jaffna Institute for Law and Policy which he
founded in July
2023.
He was previously a Research Fellow in International Law at the Royal
Institute for

Affairs Chatham House) between March and September 2021.
Prior to that he was a Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Jaffna
and served the

Born in Sri Lanka, Jekhan emigrated to the UK with his
family at the age of 2 years in 1966. He was brought up in London, he won a
full scholarship to one of the leading public schools, Kings College School
in Wimbledon. He graduated from Cambridge University in 1986 with a degree
in Natural Sciences (maths and physics).
After graduating Jekhan entered the IT industry in the UK, in the
Financial Services sector. in 1993 he joined a British company developing
ERP applications which was outsourcing software development to Sri Lanka. He
was sent to Colombo as the expatriate manager. He remained in Colombo until
the year 2000, during which time he setup a dotcom application development
company. While in Colombo Jekhan met and married a young woman, and in 1996
they had a son. In 2000 the family returned to the UK. In his career in the
IT industry Jekhan has worked for large and small companies, end-users and
developers, mainstream development and dotcom, and has managed teams in the
UK, Sri Lanka and India.
In 2009 Jekhan changed career to become a secondary school maths
teacher in London. Here he learned how to communicate ideas effectively to
people of varied ability and interests, a crucial skill for teachers and for
writers. Sadly, in 2013 Jekhan's wife passed away having suffered a chronic
illness. Once his son entered university in the UK in 2015, Jekhan decided
to return to Jaffna in Sri Lanka.
In Jaffna Jekhan is a strong supporter of economic development. He has
invested his own and family money putting up a mixed purpose building in
Jaffna Town. He has worked with the Northern Province education system to
promote English Language, sports and tourism. He supports and mentors
Northern entrepreneurs, from startups to established businesses already
exporting goods. Jekhan is an active supporter of Yarl IT Hub, an
internationally based organisation that aims to boost the IT industry in the
Northern Province. He advises investors whose objective is to develop the
Northern economy. Jekhan writes a regular column in the Lanka Business
